Welcome to The MedTech Collective LLC website (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Site, including both publicly accessible areas and the members-only section (the “Members-Only Section”). By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access the Site.
1. Eligibility
A. Public Sections
The public portions of the Site are available to all users for informational purposes.
B. Members-Only Section
Access to the Members-Only Section is restricted to approved members of The MedTech Collective ecosystem (“Members”). Membership is subject to approval, and we reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.
2. Account Registration and Security
A. Public Users
Public users are not required to register for an account to browse publicly accessible areas of the Site.
B. Members
Members must register for an account to access the Members-Only Section. Members agree to:

A. Public Sections

4. Intellectual Property
(a) All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials in the Members-Only Section, is the property of The MedTech Collective or its licensors.
(b) Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Members-Only Section’s content for authorized purposes only.
(c) You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Site content.
5. Contributions to Collaborative Content (Members-Only Section)
(a) Members may contribute to Collaborative Content such as co-branded materials, webinars, or whitepapers.
(b) By contributing, you grant The MedTech Collective a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and modify your contributions.
(c) Members contributing to Collaborative Content may not use final materials independently without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality (Members-Only Section)
Members acknowledge that the Members-Only Section may contain confidential or proprietary information, including business strategies, partner directories, and marketing materials. Members agree not to disclose such information without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. You acknowledge that access to these sites is at your own risk.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

9. Termination of Access

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to Members and posted on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
